DEA ALPHA 2.0 is an all-purpose gantry coordinate measuring machine (CMM) suited to the dimensional inspection of large workpieces such as castings and machined parts. Equipped with both tactile probes and a 3D laser scanning head, it can rapidly acquire millions of data points from complex contoured shapes and is the ideal system for measuring large-volume components as well as 3D surfaces.
The GLOBAL eXtra can accommodate large and heavy workpieces without the need for special foundations. The GLOBAL eXtra, designed for measurement in the production environment, features ACTIV® structural thermal compensation, bellow covers on X and Y guideways and operating temperatures up to 30°C.
The GLOBAL Advantage coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is optimised to measure large dimensional components with complex geometries in the automotive, aerospace and industrial machining industries.
The Leitz PMM-G provides highest accuracy and a highly enhanced throughput for large-size XXL workpieces. These workpieces are used for example in aircraft and aerospace industries or in ship engine constructions. Also the measurement of large gears used in wind turbines is possible.
