Our bridge type measuring machine Primus L presents a compact and stable machine concept. The mass which is moved is reduced because of the overhead guide axis. That is why we can realise a bigger measuring range of the other axes without resigning the dynamic and accuracy. The Primus L has also, like the Primus, high-precision air bearing guidance and dynamic gears in all axes. The high-definition scale system in conjunction with a powerful controller guarantees a tight accuracy.

Single overhear structure reduces the moving weight in Y direction and ensure the stability of the machine.

The international advanced double computer system of controller system which greatly improves the reliability and anti-interference ability.

Z-axis balance cylinder is rod balance cylinder, which is much safe and more reliable than rope cylinder

X Z and Y axes are patented transmission structure, with stable transmission, low noise and high precision

It is designed by finite element analysis method. The fully closed frame mobile structure with good rigid structure and light weight. It is simple and compact structure, strong rigidity, small geometric error, large bearing capacity and good motion performance. With high precision, high performance and high stability

Possible to configure with different Renishaw contact probe systems

The worktable and guide rail are all made of highquality granite materials, which has the advantages of high precision, high stability and relatively less affected by the external environment;
