Choice of digital readouts and optional automatic profile edge detection ensures that you can have the projector that fits your requirements. The horizontal light path configuration is ideally suited to turned machined parts that can be secured to the workstage using a range of optional accessories from the Baty fixture family. The compact and robust lightweight chassis makes the R14 ideal for workshop environments.
READOUT OPTIONS
There are three main readout options from Baty: Available Digital Readouts
The XLS is a simple two axis digital readout featuring a colour LCD display, Absolute / Incremental modes, zero reset, MM/Inch & Radius / Diameter conversion.
The GXL is a Geometric readout with 7" color, touch screen, measurement functions for point, line, circle, slot, distance, and angle. Automatic feature list and graphical view with program creation and tolerance function. Simple measurement result output through 9-pin RS232 & USB 2.0 ports.
The FT2-E is a Complete TOUCH SCREEN DRO with 2D Fusion touch sw for projectors with full geometric functionality and optical edge sensor. Graphical view of measured part can be printed as a fully dimensioned drawing with geometric tolerances. Other graphics include form error and SPC charts. Full reporting capability includes tabulated details with pass / fail analysis, auto link to Excel and auto sequence programming feature. SPC and best fitting to dxf (overlay). Supplied with screen mounted optical edge sensor. Integrated Mini PC running Windows 10 Pro O/S and built in 22" touch screen monitor.

Complete with 'FT2-E' X, Y, Q TOUCH SCREEN DRO with built in PC and 22" touch screen. ANGLE PROTRACTOR display, SCREEN MOUNTED OPTICAL EDGE SENSOR and FUSION TOUCH software with GEOMETRIC FUNCTIONS. Standard WINDOWS 10 Operating System for easy data transfer and reporting. SPC, dimensioned part view, dxf (overlay) import and best fitting. Includes surface illumination.
Fusion software is provided by Bowers Group with the R14 and thanks to its simple and easy-to-use user interface, operators with no previous experience with the software or shadow graphs in general can learn to use it with confidence machine in a short time. Space Time Fusion Software has simplified physical location annotations because users can simply enter tolerances and related data to see if the part is within specifications. The addition of an edge probe ensures that measurements are not affected.
