Focus L series/Perfect L series(high-precision, air bearing measuring machines) The machine adopts gantry move structure, moving in the Y direction towards the gantry, which has the advantages of high precision, high rigidity, and high stability;
All 3 axes are driven by precision ball screws,with high rigidity, small reverse gap, and high transmission accuracy;
All 3 axes adopt high-quality granite+air bearing guide rail structure, with low thermal expansion coefficient, high guidance accuracy, smooth operation, and meeting high-precision measurement requirements;
The X-axis guide rail adopts a rectangular crossbeam placed horizontally, which can ensure the Y-axis stiffness of the rossbeam;
The Z-axis adopts unique patented air bearing sleeve structure, with small biatorque and smooth motion;
The bottom light adopts high-strength Kevlar twisted thread traction transmission, with good synchronization and no shaking, wire breakage, or jumping phenomenon;
Equipped with 5 ring 8 district ring light source, contour light source, coaxial light source, controllable light source system, intelligent realization of light source brightness adjustment;
Multiple optical lenses can be configured, including manual zoom lenses, automatic zoom lenses, fixed zoom telephoto lenses, etc;
Can configure MCP trigger type probe to achieve trigger type measurement;
