Quantus/UG - High precision and complex parts measurement solution. Dual Z-axis design makes it easy to combine different sensors to measure the same parts with different probe sensors in the same coordinate system.

  •   Adopting fixed bridge type with good rigidity, it has the advantages of high precision, high performance and high stability;
  • All 4 axes are driven by precision ball screws,with high rigidity, small reverse gap, and high transmission accuracy;
  • Adopting high quality granite air bearing guide rail structure, with small thermal expansion coefficient, high guiding accuracy, and smooth operation: Y-axis adopts dovetail style air bearing guide rail design, which makes it have strong torsional strength in X and Z direction;
  • Z-axis adopts unique patented air bearing sleeve structure, with small biatorque and smooth movement;
  • The scale adopts imported high precision slot-type scale; Equipped with 5 ring 8 district four color ring light source, contour light source, coaxial light source, controllable light source system, intelligent realization of light source brightness adjustment.
